SubsReady is a construction coordination platform that helps general contractors manage projects, subcontractors, inspections, and payments. Our service is operated by the SubsReady team and is intended for licensed contractors and construction professionals in the United States.
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or use the service. This includes account information (your name, email address, and company name), project data (addresses, permit numbers, contract values, construction details), subcontractor contact information (names, phone numbers, email addresses, license numbers, and insurance details), payment records (amounts paid and owed — we do not collect or store payment card numbers), photos and documents you upload to projects, and usage analytics collected to help us understand how the product is used.
We use the information we collect to provide and operate the SubsReady platform, including sending notifications to subcontractors via push notification, SMS, and email when phases become active. We also use it to improve the product, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with you about your account or service updates.
SubsReady relies on the following third-party services to operate. Each handles data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure (data storage and user sessions). Vercel — application hosting and content delivery. OneSignal — push notifications. Twilio — SMS delivery. Resend / SendGrid — transactional email delivery. n8n — workflow automations for notifications and integrations.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services if you have concerns about how they handle personal data.
We retain your account data and project records for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Certain records may be retained longer if required by law or to resolve disputes.
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion of your account and associated data, and request an export of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@subsready.com.
SubsReady uses essential cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent you from staying signed in.
SubsReady is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with their information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you by email and via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
