By accessing or using the SubsReady platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SubsReady.
SubsReady is a construction coordination platform designed for general contractors and investors managing subcontractors across construction projects. The platform allows users to create projects, assign subcontractors to project phases, send notifications, track inspections and documents, and monitor payments.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@subsready.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to use SubsReady for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Specifically, you agree not to engage in: illegal activity of any kind, impersonation of any person or entity, sending unsolicited commercial communications, or attempting to breach the security or authentication measures of the platform or any related systems.
By adding subcontractors to your account, you represent that you have obtained the necessary consent or have a legitimate basis to input their contact information (name, phone, email, license number, and insurance details) into the platform. You agree to use this capability only for legitimate business coordination purposes related to your construction projects.
Pricing terms will be added when paid plans launch. Continued use of the service after pricing terms are published constitutes acceptance of those terms.
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the platform. We will provide reasonable notice before termination except in cases of serious violations.
The SubsReady service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubsReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes to these terms via email and in-app notification. Continued use of the service after the effective date of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
